Pete is very professional! Was in my place to remove some blowers and when turning them off he noticed my refrigerator was ... making a very loud noise. Toilet Replaced, Shower serviced
Pete was my maintenance man that has done several things for me since I’ve moved in. My toilet was replaced with another ... taller one due to physical limitations along with adjusting my toilet paper holder. I also had my furnace vent filter replaced, and the shower doors removed and replaced with a shower bar to help me get around better in the bathroom. Pete was very professional, thorough, and kind in doing the replacement/removals and explained any questions I had during the process. While he was in my apartment, he noticed something else that he was going to check on for me and get it addressed before I even noticed! Now THAT’s service! I also wanted to mention Stacy and Heather, being my first points of contact here at Lake Forest, have been amazing. I’ve been here about one week at this point and I couldn’t feel more cared for and looked after to make sure everything (not only in my physical surroundings but service-wise) feels like a new home for me. Moving can be stressful, and all the things that come along with it, and I have only HIGH MARKS to give these ladies in all my interactions with them. Any questions or situations I’ve presented either one of them with have been addressed within hours or immediately. Truly. Never have I felt like I was “bothering” either one with anything I’ve inquired about - I was always met with professionalism and kindness. A place to call home
My family and I moved here from out of state and didn't know what area to look in. We needed a place asap and they answered ... all of my questions. From the moment I talked to the friendly office staff on the phone to our move in day, they were always ready to help us! He maintenance crew is awesome!!! They come right away to fix any problems or issues. We live in a pet friendly building, but do not have pets, and to our surprise it's very quiet and we do not hear the dogs barking inside our apartment. It's a very quiet community! The extra touches like the. Snacks and coffee in the clubhouse are also very nice! My daughter loves the indoor pool! Amazing first month
One month in and we are still amazed. The property is clean, quiet, and always being improved. The staff is great both in ... the office and around the complex. We just made a maintenance request for a trivial repair (the door worked perfectly, we just wanted a new piece of weather stripping placed) to a door and it was finished within the hour. This place is fantastic -- free coffee in the office, online bill pay, and planned activities that make apartment living feel a little more like home. Best in the area
Moving here from out of state it is difficult knowing what is a good area and what is not so good area. Lake Forest was ... my first choice, however they were on a 2 month waiting list...it is well worth the wait and money. The staff are always helpful and friendly...and more than happy to assist you will anything you need! It is an amazing place to live...not to mention the beauty of the grounds!
